Art Classes Move Forward With Projects

Some of the recent artwork completed by VHS students is on display in the display case. Check out what projects they’ve been doing!
Art by Emily Paddock

Mrs. Lockwood and Mr. Johnson teach art at VHS and they manage the display cases outside of their classroom. The type of artwork that goes into the display case is a mix of Drawing One, AP Art, Drawing and Painting, and Foundations from both teacher’s classes. The artwork from Camryn Addison, Jimena Contreras and Stella Cox was created by Mrs. Lockwood’s Drawing 2 class. Their assignment was called “Macro colored pencil.” The artwork made by Emily Paddock was a watercolor piece from AP Studio Art.
