Friday Activities
Friday, Sept. 27 is the big celebration day! Students will participate in activities all day with their classes, and everyone is encouraged to attend the football game that night, decked out in brown and gold.
1st Period: Fanatic Fan Prep–Decorate one or two students in your class in costumes and prove that you are the ultimate Falcon Fan! Each group will need to have a routine and a final pose and show their spirit.
2nd Period: Fanatic Fan Assembly–All students go to the main gym to watch the fanatic fans strut their stuff! Teachers and staff members will judge the best fanatic fan. Winners will be rewarded!
3rd Period: Door Decorating–Door decorating is exactly how it sounds, and it is one of the calmer activities. The class as a whole decorates the door with a homecoming theme.
4th Period: Trivia–Compete as a class to answer trivia questions about our district, school and staff.
5th Period: Pep Assembly–Everyone will go to the main gym and participate in a schoolwide pep assembly to celebrate our school and students. Sit with your class (freshman, sophomore, junior or senior) and compete to see who has the most spirit.
6th and 7th Period: School Carnival–Students will be dismissed from the assembly outside where plenty of activities will be waiting. This includes the powder buff volleyball games, carnival games, inflatables, dancing and a cornhole tournament. Bring money to buy food and treats from the various food trucks, and visit with colleges and military representatives. It’s a fun way to end the school day!
Varsity Football Homecoming Game: Kickoff for the homecoming game against Emmett High School is 7:00 pm. Wear your spirit gear, stand in the student section and cheer the Falcons on to victory!
