I am Jarrett Adams, a senior at Vallivue High School. I am on Vallivue’s varsity men’s track and field team. I joined journalism because I wanted to be able to write about various topics that are happening around the school and bring awareness to the community. I like covering sports stories and stories about important but under-recognized stories. I hope to learn how to develop my writing skills more over the course of this year. I would also like to learn how to use my writing to make a difference in not just my school community but in any community my writing reaches.
