As a senior this year here at Vallivue High School, Xander Pett is very involved in school events. Pett is a director and producer of live streams on the VSPN news channel. He records games, choir, band, orchestra, and other school events including assemblies and pep rallies. His favorite part about recording is making a great production and using cameras because he enjoys messing around with them and seeing what he can do and watching the final project as it is finished. He has been recording and using cameras for the past two years here at school, but before, he practiced recording a lot at home. Pett enjoys this because it is a hands-on learning experience that will help him in the future and can lead to a possible future career.

About the Contributors
Jenna Hardman, Section Editor
My name is Jenna Hardman and I am a writer and editor for Vallivue High School’s online news site. This year, I am a junior and it is my second year as a part of the journalism class. I originally joined the class because I love writing and I like to know what’s going on around the school. My favorite type of articles to write include features on sports and events going on within the school and community. This is my first year as an editor as well as a writer and I hope to learn more about editing stories and writing features about sports that I don’t know as much about.
